User account policy.

Your (“You” or “Your”) use of the TeamGLEAS (“Us”, “We” or “Our”) website (“Site”) must be in accordance with the following User Account Policy.

University Accounts.

A User Account for a university (“University Account”) may only be created if You are an institution of higher education that presently maintains an athletics program.
To register for a University Account You will be required to make certain payments to Us in accordance with Our Payment Policy.
By registering for a University Account, You represent and warrant that You comply with all the requirements set forth in this User Account Policy for a University Account, the Website Terms of Use, and the Additional Policies.

Student Accounts. 

A User Account for a student (“Student Account”) may only be created if You are a high school student or college student and are at least 18 years of age or if You are the parent or legal guardian of a high school student or college student who is 13 to 17 years of age and are registering on behalf of such student.  If You are accepting this Agreement on behalf of someone who is 13 to 17 years of age, You understand and agree that You, as the parent or legal guardian, are fully responsible for such person’s actions, including, without limitation, all legal liability and financial obligations such person may incur.
To register for a Student Account You will not be required to make any payments to Us.
By registering for a Student Account, You represent and warrant that You comply with all the requirements set forth in this User Account Policy for a Student Account, the Website Terms of Use, and the Additional Policies.
