Our recruitment process

Step 1: Submit Interest Form
The first step in our recruitment process is to let us know you’re interested in working with us and pursuing the TeamGLEAS Experience! How? By submitting an Interest Form (takes 2 minutes) and providing details about your athletic background and academic history.

Step 2: Attend Group Kickoff Call
The second step is to attend one of our live group kickoff calls. The purpose of this call is for our team to share more about TeamGLEAS’s history, explain who the TG Experience is for, outline your next steps, and answer any questions you have.

Step 3: Submit Personal Goals Form
Once you understand what the TG Experience is all about and have decided you want to pursue it, we’ll need to better understand you’re unique preferences and goals so we can curate a list of our partner universities that would be a great fit for you.

Step 4: Explore our Recommendations
We’ll email you a customized list of universities we believe are the best fit for you based on the information you submitted in your Personal Goals Form. We'll include direct links to the master’s programs you’re considering so you can further explore and research them.

Step 5: Submit Application Documents
Once you’ve identified which universities overseas interest you most and you’d like to apply to, our team will submit applications directly to the universities on your behalf for free. When you’re ready, send us your application documents using the Application Form below.

Step 6: Join TeamGLEAS Community
Now the fun begins! Inside our private online Community, you’ll be able to connect with other recruits and gain access to guidance on the US Student Loans process, student visa application, housing recommendations, phone solutions, and more for FREE.
